Schedule Easily

Based on the availability of the clinical staff, the patients are able to schedule, reschedule, and start appointments easily at any time of day without having to go on site or contact the staff during business hours.

Pushback is Good

This project had undergone numerous iterations of feedback from the client, and while there were some non-negotiable additions/changes our team had to consider, I pushed back against the changes that would negatively impact the UX of this project.
